PEKIN — A statewide Silver Alert was issued Sunday night night for a missing Washington County man.
Samuel Woodard, 69, of Pekin was last seen Sunday afternoon while wearing a black and white checkered jacket and blue jeans, according to Indiana State Police.
Woodard is a white male who is 5-feet-11-inches tall, weighs 180 pounds and has brown hair with blue eyes.
