The Silver Alert for Kyliemay Adams was canceled Saturday evening after she was safely located, according to police.

ELKHART — A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 12-year-old girl from Elkhart who is believed to be in extreme danger.
According to the Silver Alert, the Elkhart Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Kyliemay Adkins, 12.
Adkins is described as a white female, 5-feet 7-inches tall weighing 160 pounds with strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a maroon jacket, teal shirt, blue jeans and carrying a gray backpack.
Police said Adkins was last seen at 3:30 p.m. Friday. She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
