Three teens killed in southern Indiana crash identified

FARMERSBURG — Authorities have identified three teenagers killed in a single-vehicle crash in southern Indiana on Friday.

According to a report from the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office, the crash was reported at 1:56 p.m. Friday on County Road 1100 North, near County Road 550 East, east of Farmersburg.

Deputies said the vehicle was traveling east on County Road 1100 North when the driver lost control, ran off the roadway and collided with a tree. The driver and two passengers were killed instantly, deputies said.

The driver has been identified as Thomas K. Jaroscak, 16, of Farmersburg. The passengers have been identified as Kegan T. Ennen, 16, and Tyson A. Boyll, 15, both of Farmersburg. Deputies said all three teens were students at North Central High School in Farmersburg.

The crash remains under investigation by the sheriff's office along with Indiana State Police crash re-constructionists and the Sullivan County Coroner's Office.

Deputies said there are no preliminary indications that alcohol or drugs were a factor in the crash.
