INDIANAPOLIS — Marion County is gearing up for the first weekend that feels more like the "old" normal than our "new" normal. And while some pandemic restrictions are still in place, Marion County has lifted its mask mandate for vaccinated Hoosiers and loosened restrictions for businesses.
