INDIANAPOLIS — People who live along Emerson Avenue near 10th Street on the east side said speeding drivers are a problem, and it's only getting worse.
One father said it is why he does not allow his child play in the front yard anymore, and he has had to change where he parks his car.
Other neighbors think additional traffic enforcement could go a long way.
