INDIANAPOLIS — It took no time for the night life to pick up again in Marion County.
It was a busy night on Friday during "First Friday" without any COVID-19 restrictions.
WRTV's Cornelius Hocker spoke with those who were out and about, and excited about it! But, who also hope that if there is a spike in COVID-19 cases, people will come together to do what's best for the community's greater good.
