INDIANAPOLIS — It appears things could be looking up for an Indianapolis organization that has been experiencing money woes.
A $100,000 donation was gifted to Joy's House Adult Day and Caregiving Center in Broad Ripple on Tuesday.
Joy's House was in danger of shutting down due to a decrease in donations and new cuts to Medicaid.
For the past two decades, Joy's House has been a home away from home for folks who need a little special attention.
Joy's House is still working to reach their goal of $559,000 by November 1.
