INDIANAPOLIS — Marion County Prosecutor, Ryan Mears, says that in light of the pandemic, he's taking a closer look at who really needs to be behind bars.
With that, Mears talked with RTV6 about a few matters on Tuesday — the charging of protesters in Indianapolis, enforcing Mayor Joe Hogsett's curfew, and the case of Dreajson Reed.
