INDIANAPOLIS — Indy Parks is making changes to its special meal services as it works to help people during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The meals will now be available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The Windsor Village Park pantry service is still open every Wednesday.
In March and April, Indy Parks has distributed nearly 32,000 meals, according to a weekly letter from Indy Parks director Linda Broadfoot.
The meal service is open to all children 18 and under and Second Helpings is working with Indy Parks to provided sandwiches for adults.
