WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- A Purdue Freshman is standing out on the court, despite his difficult path off it.
Caleb "Biggie" Swanigan grew up in homeless shelters before a family friend adopted him a few years ago.
Last week, the former Indiana Mr. Basketball was named to the Big Ten's all-freshman team.
