ANDERSON, Ind. — A homicide investigation is underway in Anderson after a man was found shot and killed inside a vehicle in the morning on New Year’s Day.
Police said the man was found dead around 8:30 a.m. near Ninth and Chestnut streets.
At this time, police have not released the identity of the victim or a suspect.
