INDIANAPOLIS – The Indianapolis Motor Speedway will not host Lights at the Brickyard in 2020.
According to a statement from IMS, the reason for the cancelation is to “allow for end-of-season testing and track maintenance.”
“We appreciate everyone who has come out to celebrate the holiday season with us in recent years. It has been a pleasure to share such a special time of year with our fans,” the statement reads.
This would’ve been Lights at the Brickyard’s fifth year, first starting in 2016.
It’s unknown if it will return in 2021.
