Maui Classic basketball: Indiana bounces back from Tuesday loss with win over Stanford

ASHVILLE, NC — The Hoosiers were a different team Wednesday, after Tuesday's 22-point loss to Texas in the Maui Classic.

Trayce Jackson-Davis had 31-points and 6-rebounds in leading Indiana to a 79-63 win over Stanford.

The Hoosiers were up at the half 31-26, then outscored Stanford 48-37 in the second half. Indiana shot 46% while holding Stanford to 34%. IU also held a 36-27 rebounding advantage.

Along with Jackson-Davis, Race Thompson and Armaan Franklin had big games, Thompson with 15-points and 8-rebounds and Franklin with 13-points and 8-boards.

The Hoosiers are now 3-1 for the season, Stanford is 1-2.
