If you’re a savvy shopper, you’ve probably already heard that Amazon Prime Day is scheduled to take place over two days this fall: Oct. 13 and 14.
And whenever Prime Day rolls around, you can likely expect deals from other retailers that are trying to get you to shop with them instead. This year, that includes Target, where you’ll find sales on Target Deal Days — which will take place over the same days as Amazon Prime Day.
Target claims to have double the deals on Oct. 13 and 14 compared to the Target Deal Days last year. You’ll find hundreds of thousands of discounts in a variety of categories including electronics, home goods, toys, beauty and more.
This year, Target’s deals will span the entire two-day event, meaning you have more time to shop, and the deals won’t be confined to just a few hours like they sometimes are for Prime Day.
Nearly every deal will also be available via Target’s contactless Drive Up and Order Pickup services, meaning you can safely place your order online, and then pick it up in as little as an hour. You can also take advantage of same-day delivery with Shipt, if it’s available in your area.
Select offers will be available even before the official Deal Days event begins, so keep your eyes out for early-bird deals in the coming days. You can also join Target Circle, a free loyalty program that will offer even more savings during the holiday season.
There is no membership fee required to score the deals during Target’s Deal Days or to get savings from Target Circle.
Because Target’s Deal Days are still a couple of weeks away, we can’t say exactly what will be on sale, so you’ll need to keep an eye on Target’s website over the days leading up to Oct. 13-14.
If you miss the Deal Days, your next chance for some big savings at Target will occur on Nov. 1, when the store will begin offering Black Friday pricing on certain items.
What are you hoping to see on sale for Target’s Deal Days?
