CARMEL — All lanes of College Avenue between 111th and 116th streets are closed Friday afternoon due to a crash and chemical spill.
Carmel Police Department officers say the closure is expected to last another two hours for clean up, according to a tweet from Carmel police.
Additional details surrounding the incident have not been released.
