A NW breeze with gusts between 20 and 25 mph will make it feel even colder. Wind chills stay in the teens all day Thursday.
Our next storm system arrives this weekend. Rain is likely Saturday as Indiana sits on the mild side of the system. Sunday turns colder with snow showers likely.
